Cycle-Works is committed to increasing the use and acceptance of the bicycle, through the provision of quality, innovative products and ideas. Our main objective is to raise the profile and image of cycling, particularly for commuting and work-based trips, thereby reducing the dependence on the car. We also have extensive experience of longer distance touring, CTC rides, and Audax. We believe that increased "leisure" cycling will lead to more cycle-commuters (as seen in Seattle, USA), but this also requires the provision of high quality facilities, and a change in "bicycle culture"

All our employees and associates cycle regularly, (even our company lawyer commutes daily by bike!) and we are active in both local and national campaigning.

Cycle-Works offers a range of products and services and these include:

• Provision of speakers or advice, on issues including: Green Transport Plans, Healthy Transport Initiatives, Safe Routes to School, CTC/DETR Cycling Initiatives, and developments in the USA, such as car pooling/sharing, van pooling, and TEA-21. This is backed up with extensive experience gained from the US and UK.
• We can bring examples of our cycle parking and products to you, arrange a site visit, or arrange to give AV presentations on particular topics.
